Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only a payment reference and transaction status.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs to keep the site secure and functioning.

How we use your information

To provide the transfer you booked: dispatching your driver, tracking your flight, contacting you about pickup details and sending confirmations and receipts.
To respond to inquiries you send by phone or email.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To prevent fraud and secure our booking systems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your details are shared only with the people and providers needed to deliver the service: the assigned driver (name, pickup details and phone number), our payment processor (Stripe), flight-data providers (flight number only, for tracking), and mapping services used to calculate routes and fares.

Retention

Booking records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under US and Florida law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
